L’Entretien et la Garantie

Les bijoux IZA.B bénéficient d’une garantie d’un an sur d’éventuels vices de fabrication ou défauts de matières. Sont exclues les détériorations consécutives au contact du bijou suite à l’utilisation d’agents agressifs tels que les parfums en spray, les produits cosmétiques, les produits ménagers, détergents et autres liquides corrosifs ; ainsi que l’usure normale, les mauvaises conditions d’utilisations, les conséquences de chocs ou accidents, etc.

Conformément à la législation en vigueur, les chaînes et bracelets comportent un maillon ouvert et volontairement faible afin de prévenir tout risque d’accident en cas d’accrochage. La déformation et ouverture de ce maillon à la suite d’une tension anormale (arrachage, accident, etc.) n’est donc pas couverte par la garantie.

Les articles concernés par une réclamation de garantie devront être retournés à l’un des points de vente de la Marque ou expédiés à notre adresse (citée sur le dernier volet de ce document) avec une explication précise motivant le retour, ainsi que ticket d’achat et certificat de garantie complété et cacheté par le revendeur IZA.B© 

Conseil et entretien des perles 



Contrairement aux idées reçues, les perles ne « meurent » pas si elles ne sont pas portées. Afin de conserver à vos perles leur aspect d'origine, portez-les le plus souvent possible, au gré de vos envies. Conjugué aux doux frottements de leurs surfaces sur les tissus, le contact de votre peau hydratera naturellement vos perles qui conserveront leur orient et leur lustre incomparables. 

Évitez d’exposer directement vos perles aux agents chimiques tels le chlore des piscines et certains composants des cosmétiques et des sprays. Les essuyer de temps à autre avec un simple chiffon doux suffit à leur entretien. 

Placées dans un écrin sur de la ouate légèrement humidifiée, elles vous attendront sans problème si vous deviez vous en séparer quelques semaines ou plusieurs mois.
